Chi Dixon you can trust yourself. If you grew your own fruits and vegetables, you wouldn’t have to depend on the morality/non presence of morality from second and third parties. These people take advantage of us because they know we’re too lazy to learn anything outside of our own interests. Most of our interests are of bullshit means. Most of us would rather tune into Love and Hip Hop or The Bachelor than to learn how to grow our own food. We’re purposely not taught shit like this in grade school, and we graduate grade school celebrating because we’ve viewed school as prison just being glad we don’t have to go anymore. If you stay ready you ain’t gotta get ready, and there ain’t no corporation who can say they’ve fucked you with the corporate dick. If it came from your hand, you therefore shouldn’t have any worries unless you can’t trust yourself

The problem with the word 'organic' is that it really just means that it's derived from living matter. So unless the produce is certified organic, it's either a company advertising it's products as organic when it's not... or it's a company that follows the guidelines for organic certification but not willing to spend the money for the certification for lack of resources or to not drive up the prices. Ya just don't know.

Extra tip for this: DO NOT USE TAP WATER FOR THIS! Your tap water is filled with lab made fluoride and metals, these won't disappear by using salt, tumernic, vinegar or baking soda. So invest in a good reverse osmosis water system to filtrate your water or if not possible a jag that uses a multi-filtering system to clean your water.

You are right. There is pesticides everywhere, even on organic fruits and veggies. Most of the non organic fruits and veggies are normally treated with organophosphate so the pesticide goes in the fruits or veggies. For the organic ones, the molecule of the pesticides is suppose to deteriorate naturally and does not stay much inside, but u still have residu outside and need to wash. The residu for organic ones is so small compare to the non organics that we can say they are more safe. Sorry if my English is not good.

I can't afford a whole new filtering system, so I use PUR filters, as it gets a high percentage of chemicals out of the Water... Then mix this water with Vinegar. By the year 2025 - it has been forecasted that our Planet will experience Water Shortages...this is already a reality in some countries.

What people forget is that our bodies are strong. Our bodies fight off infection and germs and diseases every single day. We can help our body by trying to reduce the pesticides as much as possible, but the truth is there is no way to achieve 0% pesticides because it's in the air, the soil, etc. Our bodies are strong enough that with a healthy, nourishing diet and healthy lifestyle, as well as healthy tactics such as the vinegar and baking soda wash to help remove toxins from fruit, our body will be able to remain healthy and we will keep our body healthy.

Of course, small children and the frail elderly are potentially at much greater risk of being sick through food contamination. These, are good tips. No way you are going to see pesticides with a microscope or magnifying glass (LOL). It takes chemical analysis in a qualified lab using established tests, including mass spectrometers to identify the chemical constituents of the various pesticides. Clearly this KZitemr is not qualified to be giving out advice on this topic. Also as others have pointed out, pesticides are inside the pulp of the fruit. Try selecting varieties that usually need less treatment. By doing some research you can see which fruits and vegetables are typically treated with less pesticides. But unless you go organic, grown in fields/orchards that were never treated in the past, you will always be subjected to pesticides. By washing you can at least eliminate some of the toxicity.

Yes, IN the fruit, because they contain a kind of detergent that carries the pesticides into the fruit, through the soft coverings.Same as through human clothes and through the skin. So how do we get it out? In the case of leafy greens, strawberries, other berries, summer fruits, apples, figs, we can't. Buying organic is some protection.
@parcgeuzeiabderrazak9244

This is not true. Fruits and vegetables already contain chemicals, such as carbohydrates, sugars, proteins and fibers. I have researched this topic before and the research was about medication in all natural, so we got to the recipes of fresh vegetables, and eddos vegetables, One knowing that putting fresh vegetables on wounds is sometimes a deadly poison for chemical reactions.

It is a big myth among people that It is better NOT to eat fruits and vegetables if they are not organic , you are in much better position if you eat fruits and vegetables organic/normal rather going cold turkey if you are not able to get organics. Of course ,try to peel fruits vegetables that are eaten directly like grapes ( good luck. with that , I never tried grapes) , guava , tomatoes , carrots ,.or try the things suggested in this video , given a choice I would also love to eat organic but my pocket and availability and authencity of organics is always in my mind .But it is not good to NOT eat at all vegetables, fruits available in your supermarket , organic farming cannot sustain the world hunger ,it is impractical !
