I love my Arex delta gen 2s. The trigger is heavy and gritty at first, but after time it breaks in very nicely. Still heavy, but very crisp break and reset. Good little backpack gun.

For sure. There is some polishing and sanding that can really clean it up.

I learned from another channel that if you polish a small piece on the rear of the internals of the trigger it will break allot smoother and a little lighter pull

There are several places to sand a polish that smooth it out to 5lb or better unfortunately we cannot post that how to here

Great value. My only gripe is the mag release. Just got the extended mag release, and although easier to depress, it almost over does it and the mag does not eject easily.

, yes about the trigger.. I thought there's something wrong w my unit.. 50 rds and still theres some kind of sand blocking the trigger halfway to shot..i how I don't get to spend too much money on ammo before that grit is gone

I always use a can of compressed air for certain areas of my pistols. I pay attention to the striker channel to make sure its not getting gummed up. In most pistols this area needs to be cleaned but excessive oil or fluids are not recommended. I have seen torture tests done by M.A.C. where water can slow the striker down enough to affect performance but it was rare in most pistols.

I saw lots of Arex Delta Gen 2s this weekend at the Orlando Gun Show. Not bad looking and packaging seems decent. In fact better than most brand names without a case and pre-formed foam. I'm saving for some nice optics so I'll let this pass.
@TacticalConsiderations

They are solid. Its odd to explain they are a bit thinner than glock lighter but perform really well. Snappier but return to target is almost perfect.

Is it the same process with all handguns?
@dannyrbailey
3 жыл бұрын
Couldn’t say for all handguns, but for most modern striker fire handguns at least the process is very similar. For example the way this handgun breaks down is very similar to a Glock. And it’s not like you need exactly what he uses in the video but it’s a nice guideline to follow with the products you like or what you have.

what's your opinion on using gun grease instead of oil??
@TacticalConsiderations
2 жыл бұрын
So much debate over that. Some oils/grease will litterally turn to concrete if not worked. but for the most part with regular maintenance its a non issue and use what you feel the best about. The lithium grease johnny glocks uses is really slick stuff but oils and greases have different properties like anti corrosion or rust so a combo may be something to use as well. Grease the areas that you feel need great and oil the rails.
