Help….. Hi! We got this machine December 2022 after I watched your review on it. It’s being just over a year ( no more warranty) The machine is not puncturing the pods, it is accumulating a lot of water on the disposable pods reservoir after only one pod brewed ( when we get to work), it is dripping water from the carafe part of the machine when brewing pods. We do a regular descale on both sides ( even though we mostly use the pods side). Do you have any tips for us? I can’t find anywhere how to clean the punch needles on this machine. Thank you!

The problem I have is my machine does not complete the 2-hour cycle; it stops in less than a minute.

I just had where my espresso side has been brewing only water and not puncturing the top of the pod. Ive ran two clean cycles and been on the phone with ninja, any advice?

Mine did that. The piece on the inside that punctured the pods came out. Luckily I found it in the used pod resivoir but I called Ninja and they offered to send me a new machine
