Me encantan tus vídeos.

I needed this video sad bad! I’m such a bad brush mommy😭 I feel like I can never get them super clean. I just realized that I HAVE one of those makeup brush cleaner rubber things!! And I never use it for my makeup brushes because I found something else to clean them with. So I’m excited to be able to use it for for painting brushes. As always, thank you SOOO much for sharing your knowledge!!

This was very helpful! Is there a way to fix stiff blushes that weren't cleaned well enough? Also, other topics I'm interested in (if you want to consider) are how do you do packaging/shipping and also hanging paintings done on gessoboards/canvas boards ✌

thanks hun! Both are in my to-record list! I'm glad you'll enjoy them! And yeah, old brushes can come to life with hard multi purpose solvent. Just use it in a ventilated area and dip and move the brush bristles for a minute or two, then soap and water :)

Hi Alai♡ since this vid is about brushes, i thought maybe i could ask here. I was wondering what size brushes you use and what types of bristles? and if it's possible to ask, what brand do you use? Thank you in advance, you're awesome :)

Hello! About sizes I cannot tell. I mean each brand has different sizes in numbers. For example I have an 8 for a brand that is the double of another 8 I have from a different brand haha. They have their own systems. I like to use something between 2mm and 1,5cm :) my fav brushes at the moment are trekell long spectrum brushes. I love long soft synthetic bristles. Acrylic brushes usually are a great option for oils!

Ooh I’m curious, what brand are your paint brushes/where do you buy your paint brushes?

Well I’ve been a long long time using any brand as long as they’re soft long synthetic and flat. But now I’m in love with daVinci college red synthetic ones! And I’m dying to use rosemary and treckel ones too because I’m sure they’re super similar 😍

Thanks for the video, newbe is here! 😃 If I use a linseed oil as a thinner, can I use it cleaning the brushes as well?
@AlaiGanuza

Glad you like it! And no! It won’t clean your brushes as much and it’s super expensive in comparison. You better buy some regular cleaner just for this task and use your oil for painting :) nowadays you have cheap ones even in the supermarket! It’s super common out there 💪
