Hello there I like your videos on grading I have learned lots so far. I'm foreman for my local highways department been getting some seat time in our grader its a tough machine to master . I hate when machines get abused from lack of care or experience.

Thanks for explaining how you did the slope repair on that ditch. Would have been cool to see some short video clips of each step in the process. I enjoy the videos. Keep up the good work!

@@graderman140m Lot's of Grubs out there Mark. I not overly pedantic about things, but I always try and leave things clean for the next bloke. I remember I was asked to drive another workers dump truck on a job, because he trusted me to keep it immaculate and I don't smoke. I did this and then someone else used the truck when I was put on a digger. That bloke smoked in the cab and left mud everywhere, trying to make me look bad. End result was Mick knew it wasn't me who messed his truck up and eventually found out who it was and upped him for the rent.

Looks good, there is nothing worse than an Operator who is ruff on equipment and I find I have no time for them plus if they are abusive on the equipment I found their quality of workman ship is the same poor Operator and I call them drivers not Operators, take care from your Canadian buddy !
