This is a DIY video for unclogging a venturi tube or gas supply line on a Coleman RoadTrip grill. We had to do this because one side of the grill wasn't holding and maintaining a flame. According to Coleman customer service, the owner's manual, and grill experts on the internet, if your flame on both burners isn't working well, it's likely a problem with the gas regulator or the propane tank. But in our case, only one burner was having the problem, so that narrowed down the problem to the gas lines and venturi tubes. The owner's manual, and numerous online videos, will share that spiders really like to make their homes in these tubes when the grill isn't in use. So, to fix the problem, you need access to the venturi tubes to clean them out. Unfortunately, the owner's manual for the 9949A Series RoadTrip Grill has some incomplete instructions, and misleading instructions. This video will show you how the instructions are wrong and will show you how to gain access to the Venturi tubes and gas lines to get your grill running again. For reference, here is a link to the owner's manual online: coleman.custhe...
