Watching this video about a few months ago helped me clean my uds that I built back in the summer. My question is why you don't use the uds that you built, which is much nicer than any gateway drum. I've seen the prices that they charge along with other barrel companies charge, and it's outstanding. I still would rather build my own, which I'm gonna do again so I can have two.

I know this post is probably way too old for you to respond to, but what the heck. I’ll give it a try. When you’re cleaning your Bronco Pro, you can’t just lift and turn over the barrel to empty out the water like you do with your Gateway due to the weight, right? Do you have a method that doesn’t make you have to wrestle with the drum to empty it?

Nice show and tell there Mr I’m came across your video cause I’m looking up Why 💭 my smoker Flamed 🔥 up right after I had a small start up fire going I’m mean it went off loud like BOOM 💥 I jumped my dog and cats ran could it have been the grease that heated up and caught and it was hot 🥵 out that day and dry melted the handles and smelled 👃 burned plastic paint came off it was hot I put it out by putting the lid on and throwing water 💦 on the outside flames 🔥 and if it was grease now way didn’t smoke that much food the other day 😂👍👌✌️🇺🇸 but now going to make sure my new smoker is clean 🧼 for now on thanks for the clean tip
