How can we close more sales? Here is a proven 4 stage follow up method you can use to make sure you are successful in closing more deals / sales.
✔️STAGE ONE
Send an email referring back to your previous conversation and include any free resources, samples, or information that may be useful to them. Sending something of value shows you are thinking of them and want to provide helpful information, even if they aren't ready to buy yet.
✔️STAGE TWO
Pick up the phone about a week later and ask for feedback on the information you sent. See if they had a chance to review it and ask if there is anything else you can do to help move the process forward. Having a real conversation makes you more than just an email in their inbox.
✔️STAGE THREE
Really stand out by sending a personal video or voice message via LinkedIn. Most people don't receive many video messages so this shows you are going the extra mile. Share any new information and reiterate how you can help them.
✔️STAGE FOUR
Send a breakup email if you still haven't heard back. Wish them well and let them know you're here if they ever decide to move forward. Sending additional resources shows you are willing to help whether they buy or not.
Following this 4 stage follow up process ensures you are regularly in touch and providing value. The personal outreach shows customers you truly care about helping them. If you stay persistent and consistent, you're much more likely to turn those leads into closed sales.
