I think it is very important in the startup world to be aware of everything you said in this video. Especially young people getting together and having some success as entrepreneurs should watch this prior to starting their growth on a personell level as many will be prone to make mistakes like the ones mentioned the “avoid section” of this video. To anyone in the interviewer position I can only recommend to rewatch and internalise this.
