Our DataVideo was working fine and then all of a sudden it stopped connecting to the PC. When I enter the default back door IP, nothing happens. Anyone know why?

Can this work using just the WiFi or does your Mac have to be connected to the router?

After the setup process is completed, the NVS-22 be controlled using a WiFi connection

It's not working for me on HS-1300. I can connect using Switcher Image but when using NVS IP FInder, I cannot find any device connected and thus being unable to connect to 192.168.100.101 yet I set my laptop IP to 192.168.100.50

When I hit submit, it says a Primary DNS is necessary!
