Amma ji as you told that 25-30 grams of millets are enough for a meal.....it hard to believe how can a person survive on Just 80-90 grams of millets in a day? How will calorie required will be accomplished

Dear Mr. Rao. Millets is not the only food we consume. We suggest a Balanced diet that includes millets, vegetables, fruits, pulses, dairy, nuts and Fats. When all combined the balanced diet provides enough nutrition and calories for a Healthy human.

Is mamma se koi millet mat kharidna ....ye chorani hai...5000 ka millets kharide the...matra 1 kg bheji thi ..wo v bekar 😡
