I've recently learned of your channel, and while I've never been a fan of seafood, watching your videos intrigue me to the point I'd reconsider eating and preparing fish if there was ever a situation I would have to do so.

Masaru, I live on an island called Anguilla in the Caribbean and we've been eating triggerfish for ages. Locally called "Old Wife", we peel off the skin from the whole fish by cutting vertically from the tip of the head to the trigger then grip with something like pliers and peel the skin off, gut and cook the whole fish!

Man just casually flexing his apex predator status on this fish.
I have found that my favorite preparation for this type of fish is to grill it on the skin side only. The skin is so tough that it is like a built in pan. You can put garlic butter on the meat and grill/smoke it. Delicious!

that fish is actually pretty rare, it was only described 8-10 years ago scientifically. so little is known it doesn't even have a protection status yet or if it is safe to eat. I assume it is since you posted the video. I would not be brave enough to try it without knowing these things.

I love your videos dude. The filleting, the cooking the eating but best of all the fishing and seeing the beautiful island you live on. Keep the great videos coming!
Thank you so much for the subtitles! It makes watching your videos even more entertaining 🥰! Greetings from Argentina! 🙌🐟🎊🎊

Russians are still people and deserve respect. Everyone complaining forgets that war is the default state of humans for millennia. It's the struggle of one culture versus another, one wins, one loses. If you want yours to win, you and your fellow citizens have to work hard.
