Just showing you how to cook a 1 inch thick rib eye steak on the George Foreman Grill using the foil method,no marinating just seasoning and cooking. For med-med rare after preheating it until the light turned off took around 8- 9 minutes check it every 4 mins to make sure its cooking like it should and to your taste add time for more well done steaks obviously. I used Slap Yo Mama Cajun seasoning and a few drops of Liquid smoke to give it more of a "grilled" smokey taste...turned out AWESOME.
