How to Cook Khuc Bach Tea
Ingredients for making white tea:
Method 1:
Make jelly jelly with jelly without using gelatin
1. Flexible jelly: 10gr (1 pack)
2. 200gr granulated sugar (1 cup) or 1 cup
3. 500ml of water (2 cups) or 2 cups
4. 1 liter of unsweetened fresh milk (4 cups) or 4 cups
5. 250gr whipping cream (1 cup) or 1 cup
6. 3 tubes of vanilla

Method 2:

- 40gr gelating
- 250gr whipping cream (1cup) or 1 cup
- 4 tubes of vanilla
The secret to the gel made from gelating is not watery:
+ 1 teaspoon jelly (1tsp)
+ 1 tbsp sugar (1tbsp)
+ 250gr of water (1 cup) or 1 cup
Cook up and pour into the gel made from gelating

Ingredients for making sugar water:
- 1 liter of water
- Pandan leaves
- 200gr rock sugar
