Recipe:
Cut leek into more or less fine stripes, cook the leek with a bit oil and then add some water, the leek should not get dark. Then add some cream and spices (Saffron, salt, pepper, nutmegg, a little bit chayenne pepper). Let it cook untill the leek is ready. In the meantime cook noodles. If you like add some cheese on top of the finished dish.
