LECHON KAWALI
2 kls liempo slab (boneless)
3 liters water
1 head crushed garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp whole peppercorn
1 tsp black pepper powder
3 pcs bay leaves
1 pc knorr cube pork
Msg (optional)
*Rock salt - for liempo skin.
***Frozen pre-cooked lechon kawali - ifry nyo po ng frozen, wag po ithaw. Mas crunchy po sya at juicy kapag pinirito ng frozen, medium heat :)
Pwede din sa CRISPY PATA ang lechon kawali recipe ko po/ Dagdag lang ng oras ng pagpapalambot para sa crispy pata.
***At kung gusto mo ng malabon style crispy pata. Maglaga ka lang ng sliced pickled cucumber, lagyan mo water and sugar, adjust sa tamis na gusto. Tapos buhos mo na sa fried crispy pata mo :)
