How to cook mixed rice with rice cooker
MIXED RICE COOKED WITH ELECTRIC RICE COOKER
MATERIAL
500g of rice or 2 cups of rice (2.5 cups)
420g water or 1 cup and 2/3 cup (1.5 cups and 3 tbsp)
1/4 tsp seasoning seeds (1/4 tsp)
1/4 teaspoon salt (1/4 tsp)
1/2 tbsp garlic and onion oil (1/2 tbsp)
500g vegetables (150g carrots, 150g corn kernels, 100g bean sticks, 50g onions, 50g cassava tubers)
150g sausage (3 plants)
MIXED WATER
2 tablespoons cooking oil (2 tbsp)
Onions, Garlic 1 tablespoon each (1 tbsp)
4 tablespoons soy sauce (4 tbsp)
1 tbsp chili sauce (1 tbsp)
1 tbsp of ketchup (1 tbsp)
1 teaspoon vinegar (1 teaspoon)
1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate (1/4 tsp)
1 tbsp of spring onion (1 tbsp)
NOTE
Rice chooses soft, spongy rice that will cook better
After washing the rice, let the rice drain
Using peas or mushrooms reduces the amount of carrots and corn
Using German or Swiss sausages is better
