Ingredients for making homemade Nutella:
Milk - 250 ml
Flour - 3 tablespoons
Cocoa powder - 3 tablespoons
Sugar - 3 tablespoons or to taste
Butter - 80 grams
Some also add nuts. But I am not adding them.
How to cook nutella at home:
1. Pour milk into a saucepan, add flour with cocoa powder and sugar. Take a cooking pot with a thick bottom so that the pasta does not burn during cooking.
2. We put the container on the stove, turning on medium heat, and all the time we will stir the components so that the mass acquires a homogeneous consistency and does not form lumps. When the mixture boils, reduce heat to low and continue cooking until it thickens.
3. Put butter in hot viscous chocolate mass and mix well so that it is evenly distributed.
4. Transfer the mixture to a convenient container and leave to cool completely. Then Nutella can be stored in the refrigerator or used as directed.
With Nutella, you can make delicious waffles or pancakes, serve with ice cream or cookies, use for interlayers of cakes, decorate cakes or as a frosting for muffins.
