Sieve to wash your Pondu
Ingredients-
1 pack of Pondu
1 can of Pilchard in brine
100ML Palm Oil
900ML water
5tsp Jumbo/Chicken stock
1tsb All purpose seasoning
Half a tsp of ground nutmeg
3 Spring Onions
1 medium Onion
1 medium Leak
1 tsp Garlic
Cooking time- Approx1 hour and 45 minutes including preparation.
