Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Oil 2 tablespoons
Baisan (gram flour)2 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black salt 1 teaspoon
Chili powder 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds crushed 1 tablespoons
Corrinder 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Kashmiri mirch 1 tablespoon
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon mathi powder
1 teaspoon
gram masala
Red food colour 1 pinch(optional)
Bake on 350f for 1 hour.
Serve with rice or salad .Chatni .
