Direction were not explicit. Did you turn on cooker before adding ingredients, is it a total of 3 cups (2 cups of water and one cup of both), what’s the ratio of rice to liquid, your written steps didn’t state when you added the rice. Thanks, but could be a little me explicit by adding more steps.

I watched so many instructions but none mentioned do u actually put water inside the pot the first pot not the pot u put ur rice in? I bought imusa but no manual came With it. Or do I just put the the black pot inside and just cook it like that ?
@DeeWats
4 жыл бұрын
Yes Ma'am the black pot goes inside, but before you do that put your rice in, rinse it like 2 to 3 times, then add enough water to cover the rice, add butter, a little salt and let it cook. Once it's done it will go stop. You'll hear the click and it will set back to "WARM". Let me know if you need anymore help. Thanks for watching ad commenting. Bye the one in the description box below, if need one just like I have.

No, it has an electric heating element. You could short circuit and blow it up. The water goes into the inner bowl with the rice only.

when you pour the broth, do you wait for the cooker to click to warm and then press cook again? once the rice finishes the cook cycle, how long do you leave on warm before serving?
@DeeWats
3 жыл бұрын
You can serve right away, if the consistency is to your liking. If you want to cook it some more wait like 60 seconds and them cook again.

If you’re cooking 1 cup of rice, use 1 and 1 cups of water to at least cover the rice. Then when the water is almost evaporated, add about a half of cup of broth while it steams. Then Tada!!

Another important tip is to make sure you are getting your rice out of Thailand and only Thailand. China has horror dry spells forcing them to water their crop. China has extremely arsenic and overly contaminated water. The more you know! :)
