'Tihove' noun a starchy meal normally cooked in the Northern side of South Africa as supper, a mixture of maize, peanuts and cawpease
You'll need
Maize 4kg
Cawpease 2kg
Peanut 2kg
Grinded Peanut
To cook
Boil water
Here's how
1. Add 4kg maize into the boiling pot and leave it for 30 minutes
2. Add 2kg of both peanuts and cawpease, leave it for some minutes till ready to serve
3. Garnish with grinded peanuts
4. Leave the pot for 10-15 minutes
5. Serve
