I know that these elements are important information to have but the thing that I struggle with is finding out how to get that information! That is where I get stuck. How and where do I find this info?

Remember you buyer persona is a fictional character and you can begin with what you know to be true. Then, by resourceful research (Social media profiles, groups, forums) you can find this people and confirm what you know or gather further info)

Hello Stephen. That's a really informative and lovely video, but my question is, from where should I pull out the data in order to create a more accurate buyer persona? Because I'm pretty sure that's not just pure guessing. And I'm asking this mainly for new businesses that don't have any data yet like google analytics or any Facebook ads that ran. "You need to go guerilla. Complete the persona with what you know and what you believe, then go in search of these people on groups and in forums. Read their conversations, engage with then and either confirm what you suspected or adjust from what you've learned. We're at an advantage today with so much information out there, but no one will hand it to you... you need to graft to find it"

Sir, is Target Audience different from Buyer Persona? As you guide us to look out for Social media profiles, groups, forums to gather data aspects for the buyer persona, How do we concur with the age group when we look for aspirations, pain points, leisure, buying characteristics etc? Yes, the target audience is the entire group of people... Each buyer persona respresents a specific segment of that target audience... This type of research requires work.. Find the followers of your competitors and confirm your assumotions with actual people

Hi Steven. You described everything about a buyer persona except what it actually means. Is this a LinkedIn profile you use to approach your prospect clients? What am I missing here?

The Buyer Persona is a reference profile that you use as a tool when developing your brand or creating messaging. You dont post or share the persona anywhere... its an internal tool to give you clarity. - You can create a document using any text editor or design something using Adobe etc

hey Lionel, yup sure u create ur buyer persona and based on what that buyer persona wants and needs u can then choose and build an architype that would attract the buyer persona and not the other way around

Always start with the audience… It’s them you’re trying to appeal to… Once you understand them… then you can define the best way to appeal to them
