Love it! This is just the technique I was looking for for a table top. Thanks for sharing.

Cool technique! Matt at Next Level Carpentry recently showed how to put the rough sawn back on cedar with a hand saw, and it looked great too

That turned out great. I'm going to dress up the bathroom in my shop in a rustic look and will need to use this idea for the mirror in it

Take an old table saw blade. Put locking pliers on a tooth and bend one tooth out to the side just a bit. Do it again on another tooth 180* off from the first tooth. I heard this from another woodworker I follow and his wool looks very authentic for rough sawn.

Table saws spin too fast. You'd have to ram the wood through the saw to get the correct look and you'll probably loose a hand doing it.

They slacking because it's to hard to keep watching when it looked perfectly fine before he messed up the wood.😵
