Thank you, Scott! This is a great free tool to create fillable PDF documents. I do have a question. Do you know if there is a way to download the responses from a fillable pdf into a spreadsheet, much like what Google Forms would do when a survey is submitted? Thanks again!

Thank you Scott! This seems to be a great tool. It looks like the very basic service is free, which is good. I support a bunch of small non-profits in BC and AB and look for utilities that are free. Perhaps one day you could talk about what is available for non-profits. Thank you again!

Scott this sounds amazing, but their website bears zero resemblance to your tutorial!!!

Yeah Scott... Just kidding. I get enough information to figure it out. Just upload pdf to word/docs. From there edit form. Word/docs convert the image into existence.

Do I have to buy this "only office" program to use it? Or is it free to use online?

hello I'm trying to create a form with my document it's difficult because I can't find any solution. I want to put the text field in a shape and it doesn't stay fixed or change my document. I wanted to fill a table and it pushes all the columns and you have to do it box by box. Thanks for your help

If you have access to Adobe Acrobat Pro, it offers the most control over form fields. You can create custom shapes using the "Drawing Tools" and then convert them to fillable fields using the "Prepare Form" tools. This allows you to position text fields precisely within your shapes.

There is no Form option in both online or downloaded app. If there was, they removed it.

You have to save your file as .docxf, close it, then reopen it and the Forms tab will appear.

The Forms tab should always be visible within OnlyOffice. While it looks very similar to MS Word, it is a separate application.

Are you using google docs?

Yes, I do. In this example, I use a MS Word document. But you can do the exact same thing with a Google Doc.
