Very beautiful notebook! But as a spanish native speaker, I saw that you write on the first page "Marta acaba de nacer su primera hija", that's wrong, put instead "Marta acaba de tener a su primera hija". That's all, great job!! 💗

Thank you ✨ Yes, there are of course mistakes I'm aware of already now! But I prefer to leave them as they are, so I see my "progress"... This is pretty much better, in my opinion, than "progress trackers" 🤓

Omg, this is the first language notebook video I found that resonates with me (when you mentioned not wanting to put trackers in it, I knew it was gonna be a great video haha) Thanks for all the ideas and inspiration! As someone who also loves art and decorating, seeing the beautiful spreads was also a bonus :)

I though I needed two notebook, one for lessons, grammar and one for me to write. When I just need one, were I can write about what I learned and also have a place to just write about any content I like on internet. You made me rethink what is important in learning a language: to enjoy myself. Glad I found your video

I really really love your notebooks, they are stunning specially the sketches they show how much fun and enjoyment you get from these, and i wanna know. Does your notebook have to be that pretty? cuz i am not sure i can pull off something as good crafted as yours. Also what about new learners how could we organise what we learn since we know little to nothing.
@LanguageEasy
Жыл бұрын
Thank you 🙂 Answering your question about the learners who are at the very beginning - look at my notebook for Hindi. I'm an absolute beginner but anyways I find so much to write: new letters, words, exercises, etc. And as I've already mentioned - finding a good textbook and keeping your notes neat and organized is the right thing 📒☺️

Why do you write a hypen kind of thing over the m when writing in Spanish? I feel that maybe it is to distinguish it from Russian t, am I right? Seems like a good idea since I’m currently struggling so much with Cyrillic cursive! Any help on this topic is welcome!! Love love love the aesthetic of your notes - and the notebooks themselves! Handmade and all!!! Just found your channel but I instantly subscribed❤❤
@LanguageEasy

Thank you for your kind words 🤗 welcome to the channel! As for the hyphen kind of thing, yessss! It comes from my habit when writing in Russian (my handwriting makes it difficult to understand if it's ш or т (in cursive it's "m"). So it automatically comes into other languages I'm writing in and most of the time I do it unconsciously haha Since I don't know if you're a beginner in Russian, it's difficult to give any good advice... If you are, I would just recommend not to pay as much attention (for now) to it as you do now (if you write in Russian just with normal letters, it's totally fine! Many natives do it). If you've been studying for a while, I think those workbooks that children usually use at school would help (where you copy each letter, hope you understand what I mean)
@gatosandwichera

@@LanguageEasy thank you for your reply! I can read and use print text ok enough, but cursive is like a whole new alphabet! I was using a textbook that was all typeset, but now I’ve switched to another textbook that mixes “handwritten” text and typed text and oh, so so complicated! I think I’ll try to work with those children notebooks, it’s actually a really good idea, thanks! So really writing by hand the typed kind of letters is ok and even natives do it? Phew! Thanks for telling me that! I thought it was going to be necessary to write in cursive!!
@LanguageEasy
Ай бұрын
Exactly! It's totally fine to write using typed alphabet only (for example, my husband has been learning Russian for like 6 years and has been using only this type of letters). However, I would anyways recommend you to have a look at the cursive version when you feel confident enough in the language: first, I think it's quite interesting (as you mentioned, it's like a totally different alphabet haha); and secondly, if you know the cursive, you'll be able to read some more stuff obviously... So, it's absolutely okay to stick to the 'typed' version ;)
