This basic introtduction is a step by step guide on using the ggpubr-package, which is based on the visually appealing ggplot2-package, to visualize variables utilizing simple boxplots.
I show among the creation of bare boxplots, using a different fill color, naming axes, adding the mean and jitter, changing the shape of outliers and changing the limits of the plot. The basic functions used are ggboxplot() and also the rremove().function to achieve the maximum level of customization you migth be looking for.
