This video shows you how to create a visual presentation of distributions for one variable for different groups using Boxplots with R.
I will show the creation using the ggboxplot()-function of the ggpubr-package.
Boxplots for repeated measures are commonly used when you are conducting a one-way ANOVA and have a within-subject factor ( • One-way ANOVA in R - A... ) and want to visualize the distributions for each point in time more detailed than simply using a line or bar chart with only means being displayed.
