Dear, Thanks for your comment! Yes, there are ways to update data automatically if your data is from a website. You can import data directly from a website using the Get Data feature. Once the data is imported, it will be linked to the website. Later, you can refresh the connection to get the latest information. Now, let us discuss refreshing the connection automatically. You can automatically refresh at specified intervals, such as within every minute or hour, on a daily or weekly basis. You can also set up the Excel workbook to refresh all data connections upon opening the file. To do so, open the Data tab >> Queries & Connections >> Right-click query >> Properties >> Refresh every or Refresh when opening file.

@@gunngunn6763 Dear, Thanks for explaining the problem further. Assuming the pop-up table means the table displays within the Navigate window. In this case, you must load the intended table into the worksheet. After that, you can apply auto-refreshing, as mentioned earlier. Please check the following: www.exceldemy.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Refreshing-the-connection-automatically.gif If you are still having difficulties, we recommend sharing your problem within the ExcelDemy Forum and attaching your current workbook and website link.
