Hi everyone! I get requests all the time from people to create practice questions for them, but if you follow these simple steps, you will never run out of questions!

Jeff, your GPT question format has been incredibly helpful. I just received an offer for an L6 CE role, and going through your GCA/Googleyness/RRK GPT videos helped me think through examples that got me "strong hire" feedback. Just wanted to say thank you, you've provided some amazing resources.

Hi Jeff, thanks for the video. I bought your AI Interview app and want to know if we can use it to evaluate my answers to specific questions. Currently, we can only choose a role or input a job description for questions. Can we add our questions, or should we practice with the generated ones? Please advise. Thanks.

@user-lm8cc4ek1g, thank you for purchasing the app! Yes, for right now, we are generating all the questions, but we do have the ability for users to add their own questions on our roadmap and we should be introducing this feature this month or next.

@@jeffhsipepi All thanks to you for coming up with the app and sharing your knowledge. I have been looking for an app like this for sometime. I am quite impressed and happy with the app and the feedback it provides.

Hi Jeff, your vids have been extremely helpful as I go through the GCP interview process for an AI Sales Specialist role. Quick question: I completed the interview loop about a week ago and was told by my recruiter that she will share interview notes w/the hiring manager and if I was ID'ed as a finalist she will share what "panel reviews" look like and next steps (I also have a "sync call" set w/the recruiter for Wednesday). Are panel reviews equivalent to HC, or is this something else? And more importantly, is this a good sign for me?

@ree10, so let's start with the good news, obviously you did good enough to share the feedback with the HM. If the feedback was not good, they would not even consider taking this step. Panel reviews sounds like HC, but I have never heard anyone use that terminology before. So, right now you are in a good spot, but you still have a couple of hurdles. Keep us posted and good luck!!

@@jeffhsipepi So spoke to the recruiter and was told there was “no head-count.” Got “very strong positive feedback” for GCA + Googleyness/Leadership. RRK - I provided good data for sales aptitude, cloud knowledge and relationship building but needed more elaboration on GCP product knowledge. The recruiter provided an analogy: let's say 20 people participated in the interview loop, but she had to send rejections to 19 of 20. The recruiter said she typically wouldn't provide this amount of detail, but she chose to do so because of how "close" I was. If there is head count down the road, she will call me and if interview again, I wouldn't have to go through the GCA and Googleyness interviews. Only RRK. This is a tough pill to swallow, but probably the most feedback I’ve ever received from a recruiter. Thanks for your help Jeff.

Spoke with the recruiter. I received “very strong feedback” for my GCA and Googleyness interviews and strong points for RRK interview - provided good data for sales aptitude, cloud knowledge, relationship building but needed more elaboration on GCP product knowledge. I was told there was “no head count” for the AI sales team and as a result won’t be moving forward. The recruiter provided an analogy: let's say 20 people participated in the interview loop, but she had to send rejections to 19 of 20…which leads me to believe there weren’t many openings for the role. The recruiter said if there is head count, she would reach out and if I have to interview again I would only have to do 1 RRK interview. This is such a bummer, do you think she was being honest about lack of “head count” or did my RRK interview (more elaboration on GCP product knowledge) affect their decision?
