I just finished the smaller pattern and it came out really pretty. I used the Mandala yarn and it took 1 skein and a little more. I did stop at the repeat to row 16 wo adding the cluster row bc I have enough leftover yarn to make rows 1-16. I hope my grandson in the oven likes it as much as me. Thank you for sharing the pattern. What I live about granny or square patterns is no need for an added edge. It’s there. My favorite way to crochet blankets

This is my new favorite baby blanket. I love the textures and variety of stitches, but most of all, I love that it stays almost perfectly square with no ruffling or wonkiness. I wonder if that's because we turn from right to wrong side on most rounds. Great job of designing this one, Mikey. I also love the video tutorial. Mikey does a great job of guiding us through the beginning, the repeat, the corners, and then the end of each round along with providing tips on helping us to keep the correct count as well as how to fudge a bit if we come up with too few or too many stitches. Thanks for all your wonderful patterns and videos.

Thank you for the beautiful pattern and easy to follow video and instructions. However, I must be the only one that has had problems with this afghan, after reading everyone's comments, even though the directions and video are prettyclear. I am somewhere in between beginner and intermediate so to figure out how to fix the problem I was running into was not working as I couldn't figure out how. I frogged 🐸 it (ripped it out) after rnd 6 five times back to rnd 2, and once even started over again. Got up to rnd 11, again had to frog 🐸 twice to rnd 8. Finally figured out that the previous rnds weren't off it's where you were putting the sk st in rnd 11 at the very beginning. Now I'm on rnd 12. I refuse to give up! I have been working on this afghan for 2 weeks off and on. If I run into an issue, I put it away til I can look at it with fresh eyes and start again. I can't wait to see mine finished!

Mikey… I just finished this blanket in the Caron super soft light blue. The stitches are so gorgeous! I finished it with 2 rows of single stitch… alternated directions. Thank you for such a terrific pattern and clear video!
