This video looks like some kind of finance bro clickbait, but you actually put down some solid key points that all business owners should know (and yet most don't given how easily people got sucked into the dropshipping stuff). Personally I never deal with IP protection as I found another way to deal with that, but your method sounds really interesting. I'll have to try that out some day just to see it working.

So basically, promote the crap about your brand to be successful. Even buying 2-4-week stalls during holiday periods at shopping centers to permote your brand for the local market giving away free samples getting brand recognition

I don't understand why US government don't protect his our sellers and apply taxes and customs even on 10-20 us imports. Also i dont understand why US sellers dont make protests request from government protection and regulation

I think the craziest part is that until Trump, the US government was actually paying Chinese sellers and subsidizing their imports. So we were paying billions of dollars to help their economy over our own.

DaveSmith-cp5kj during Trump's Administration they were doing the same thing. Trump doesn't know how tariffs work. You put tariffs on imported products and the suppliers will just raise the price and the end user will wind up paying them for the tariffs. You don't have to believe me just do some due diligence and don't listen to political talking heads. Listen to the people who specialize in this. Trump's Mega paraphernalia is made in China. And according to Trump the president of China is brilliant and he's good friends with them. Don't let his words fool you to think that he's doing something that's going to actually affect them a negative way

I have a friend who is a patent specialist. If your product has a unique proposition then it’s good, but they (the patent office) are less forgiving these days about simply combining 2 existing products or minor modifications to an existing patent. Also, could anyone recommend a Hong Kong lawyer for corporate arbitration of a breach of contract? A breach of contract that they even admit to.😊

Yeah IP doesn't even exist in China. The only companies that have any pull are significant players who China doesn't want walking away for Vietnam or some similar country.

Where can I sell something I won from a grocery store? I won a year of pizza and Coca Cola from The Fresh Market ($509 value) I won’t be able to use it enough. The free pizza/coca cola is redeemable every 2 weeks. I don’t know where I can sell. Listed on eBay but not sure that’s the best place.

lol Your best option is to buy a freeze drier which allows you to preserve the pizza. Problem is, a freeze drier costs $3,000. That said, I would actually use this as an excuse to buy the freeze drier because with the way the cost of food is going up, your freeze drier will pay for itself in one year by preserving bulk foods from a restaurant supply store. As well as less waste on your end, as food won't spoil on you.

The problem with that is if you are a foreigner, the Chinese automatically take 50% of your profits and ownership (in other words, they can take your company as an equal partner). This is why America needs to have the same kind of tariff on foreign imports. This is a big reason why there was a mass exodus from China several years ago.

And yet Trump pays more taxes than anyone in DC, while most democrats were found to have unpaid taxes that they were never penalized for.
