Please do a video on belts! I’ve found wearing a belt actually DECREASES the amount im able to lift because it’s so uncomfortable on my ribs and makes so much pressure that I feel like I’m going to explode. I had the same problems in the beginning with a SBD belt. It was much better with an inzer and i simply got more used to it. But i only was able to use a belt for conventional when i got a whalander. I have a short torso and a big hard belt was too much for me.

I would like to know your opinion on developing a strong core strength and flexibility to help prevent injuries while lifting. I used to work on doing inclined side crunches (maybe known as elevated side bends) with full extensions with 15-40 pounds held at my chest as well as the normal descending trunk rotations with maybe 30 reps each. This resulted in giving me the ability to really tighten and "lock" my core when lifting and moving heavy things like very large earthmoving tires and fallen trees. This was even helpful in extreme cold weather to be able to do what i think might be called isometric crunches while hiking in the snow to create heat within my core. Just curious if this is something you have tried.

Best deadlift was 100kg (220.4 lbs) for 3 reps, conventional. Ironically I haven't been able to get 100 for even a single since then (3 weeks ago). Right now my goal is double bw deadlift which for me is 125 kg atm.
