divya pujar she will receive it right back. I’ve been and have witnessed both sides. When I was younger, I judged (not understanding that it was wrong; it was the norm. Asian people judge everyone as if it’s the right thing to do). When I judged, I would get it right back. I’ve seen judge mental people get judged back x10 - doesn’t happen right away but when it does, it really gets them.

Misery comes when we take it personally. At that time thinking that the judging person is portraying his reality doesn't help a lot. Because we have already given them the power to lead. Instead by remaining conseous about the situation helps a lot. While being conseous, one needs to be silent and thoughtfull. Not to think, how to react rather focus on your work. I hope you get something what i want to explain, i guess @Niharika.

I'd certainly agree with every single aspect of yours. It happened a lot with me at my work place when one of my colleague always used to comment over my dressing style while every single person including authorities and trainers used to appreciate my dressing and way of communication. He always used to be like, you must try keeping your cuffs folded, your trouser doesn't fit you, your must change your shoes with a different design, or get a new hairstyle as thus doesn't suits you" . First I thought it might be true, but then I thought that the whole institution that I handle has not even a single problem with what I do and wear but they appreciate it almost daily, and rarely somebody likes his dressing style. Finally, I ended up ignoring him and telling him the truth, like whenever he used to be like "sir, you must fold your cuffs" and I used to reply , "that's not formal" .
