This is truly remarkable, and I can relate with this. In 2010 when I lost my Dad, I felt the whole world has crumbled, but I walked through!!!! The first step is to acknowledge and accept the feelings you're having. It's normal to feel confused and uncertain during this time, and it's okay to take things one step at a time. Next, try to identify what you want in life. This can be anything from a career goal to a personal goal. Once you know what you want, you can start taking small steps to get there. I knew even without him, I could get whatever I wanted. Self encouragement is key! NO ONE CAN LOVE AND BELIEVE IN YOU BETTER THAN YOU!!!!!!

Great share... One thing about this kinda crisis is that it always passes. For me I have learnt that life is just a phase and I should not dwell on the downside. I remember when I lost my dad, it felt like the ground should swallow me. I felt lost but after a while I thought to myself embrace the positives of what you shared while he was alive and know that whosoever is in Christ is in a good place. Secondly, looking back on the many things that happened in the past, like failing or having relationship issues, I realized how much I had wasted time on something that won't matter in the next 6months. Life isn't that serious so yea your friend is right. Don't take life too seriously. Do your best but there's definitely another chance , better and peace again. Don't dwell on the negatives. It's a sucker for our Joy. Above all, it's easier when we cast all our cares on God and he makes the weight lighter. And Yes, I agree with you - Live 💯 Weldone! And all the best with your channel. This is quite relatable. Looking at things from a different spectrum. I kinda feel that most youth from the lower rung experience things differently. At this age, they are less bothered about what or where life "throws" them. They mask their feelings so much. This makes you think if you are over-reacting to life issues. Anyways, that you for talking about this. It is the road less traveled by content creators on KZitem. 😊😊😊

See ehn... You hit the nail on the head. As soon one witness what you described first-hand, I can tell you that most of these people are less disturbed or bothered about things that freak us out. From your own point of view, using Nigeria as a case study, fo you think people like "me" lives in a bubble? **Please don't laugh

I actually never knew quarter life crisis was a thing, was just familiar with mid life crisis. Now you mentioned, it actually makes sense, I have been there but one good thing is it doesnt last, it comes and goes for me. For the solutions, I agree with taking constructive criticism from friends and chilling sometimes. Over seriousness doesnt help at all, once in a while, take a brake and breathe. To add to all you have said, I will say block out the noise sometimes, most times, this crisis comes from things we see outside and hear outside, the pressure and all, block out the noise and do you. Thanks for sharing this. It is actually a time when it is difficult making decisions, trying to figure out what's missing in one's life or one lacks motivation for growth. At one point in one's life we pass through this some it may be intense while some are mild. The best is to surround oneself with positive minded people, find what makes you happy, create a plan and also try to identify what triggers this quarter life crisis.
