If you chuck the injector up directly into the drill so it doesn't wobble it wont gring inconsistent. There is a guy on YT who just chucked the injectors directly in the drill and did what you did on his belt sander and it did a very even consistent grind. He just took it slow and easy as to not over heat and hurt any internals . Just a recommendation

De capping is easy to do but people dont realize if you de cap them they are no longer the stock injector size and the tune needs to be recalibrated to reflect the change .. in other words the money you invest with car on the dyno far outweighs the money you save on the injectors. The only viable reason to do this is if you can get a tune that is reliable and has already been tuned for this particular part number injector decapped and it needs to have the same flow rating as the ones in the tune. People just dont hand out tunes for free so either way the tune is where your going to be sinking your money into ... if you have pro software for your car and can do all the adjustments and have a wide band sensor and naturally aspirated you can do it yourself but if boosted not worth the risk. decapping is for dumb people that do not know enough about the subject matter to know everything else that is needed .. or a money making ploy with someone that owns a dyno and trying to drum up business and sucker people into 10 hours on the dyno instead of 2 hours ..

Removing fuel injectors and decap them is not hard. You have to number them and write down the location of them. Send them out to have a data from each injector you need this info to reprogram and tune your vehicle. If you remove them and decap the injectors, plus put them back in a different order. You going to be running rich and have all types of problems.

@@MRRANDOM1 I see that you have a complete modified car probably just to race on the track. Running rich is good for a track car to keep your engine cool benefit your engine really good.

When I was a young guy I try all those cheap mod and most of them didn't work. Have a modified car is not cheap and never end spending money. I not saying that you wrong I'm only saying this base on my own experience. Have a great day 😀.
