I really appreciate this breakdown. It gives a way to approach each character objectively by their cards, not what we think they should be doing on the table. As a new player, I find this VERY helpful. Thanks for this!

Thank you for posting this!! Ive played yugioh and magic for years and one thing Ive encountered is that because of the point that there are concepts which are card game general, and some that are idiosyncratic to the specific game, there are nuanced concepts that a new player will need to learn. This video helped me get more familiar with these, and i appreciate it!! My thor and black widow builds are great after this and i thank you sir!!

Hulk should be able to remove Confused and Stunned at the end of each phase as Interrupt on Hero identity.

Hey for 19:09 I actually saw a Justice Hulk build that actually looked like it worked! The idea was that you shore up Hulk's weakness of not being able to thwart while you have Hulk smash things. It used Agent Coulson and the Justice preparation cards. On another note, I feel like Thor has the same problem as Hulk has - the hand size of 4 and a lot of expensive cards don't help at all. I'd like to see your take on Thor.

Well now I’m intrigued and have to try this out! And yeah Thor has some issues but some of the new cards address it. But yeah I can do Video on Thor! Thanks Walt!!

With some inspiration from MCDB, I experimented a bit with justice Hulk. Following a later video of yours, I tried One Way or Another, but games often spiralled out of control. The best success I have had was to play a build Hulk with lots of acceleration and cheap thwarting and allies to help stabilise. Hulk Smash then closes games (with allies or retaliate pinging off tough status) once set up. While the deck is ok, there is nothing interesting or fancy about him. The main thrill is actually winning with Hulk.

My rather refined procedure goes like this: 1) Remove card that is not an Ally. 2) Add card that *is* an Ally. 3) Go back to Step 1 a random bunch of times. 4) Win. :P

I put cards like blade, machine man or plan b in a hulk deck to spend those cards you get left to discard otherwise

I LOVE Hulk in this game. Easy deck building. Always aggression(obviously), very cheap cards and rush the villain. When you get cute in justice or leadership, hulk is less thematic. Also, he has built in deck cycling. People are too negative on hulk. Take him for what he is, high attack power. That’s it.
