SpineCare Decompression and Chiropractic Center I have military neck and thoracic outlet syndrome. I write and draw with my left hand and now the numbness goes down to my hand. I feel fire in my shoulder and up my neck. Anything I can do at home for relief, I hate taking medicines and have a bad stomach so I don’t know if I can take painkillers everyday. Had a bad accident and whiplash from impact at 40mph. Anything helps. Thank you for this video btw.

Only relief is when I stretch my hands overhead or work an ice pack massaging deep into trapezius. Deltoid doesn't hurt, pain is right below trap in middle of shoulder blade. In that case, maybe a chair would work.

You can also do this on a sturdy chair if you need something not as tall. Hope this helps!

@@DrRowe It really does, I just started going to a chiropractor in Dearborn. I'm only 28 and they've more then told me my neck and spine is horrible for someone my age the paid I'm in ruins my life. I have so many other issues that come with it that I fear that I'll never be the same again. Ive LITTERALLY trusted my life with my chiropractor & pray for the best

I have mastoid process that is a bit slim or whatever. I placed my fingers under the processes and my thumbs gently under my jaw and only applied the pressure to my fingers letting my thumbs apply no pressure to my jaw and I was able to settle down my body without tensing my neck muscles This might not be a good idea though, I just couldn’t get my hands to hold my head without tensing my neck the other way But again, you worked magic - I love these videos

That's not his head ripping off.. It's just the mic touching the counter top.
