Kshitij Chauhan I would argue the mixture of mma forms a far more beautiful art than that of boxing.Of course this is coming from someone who does mma and is completely biased.
@beatek3912

@@prattski0643 i would agree with you, mma displays a larger set of skills and i would see it as a posotive that you cannot master it, right? Always room for improvement and variation. Again, completely biased as i myself do mma.

There is no "most effective" martial art. Effectiveness relies mostly on the dedication, skill, and hard work of the martial artist.

Great video again, I'd like to share another way of blocking the jab that served me well espexially with taller oponents, and is: as soon as they touch your gloves with your guard up you rotate your shoulder in order for your torso to be in a parallel position to the atacking jab, making your jab land effectively.

Hi there good video, I was wondering what sort of training should I do outside my boxing sessions in the gym I noticed that when I do a session out of the gym using with Nike Training app, I noticed my body is fatigued and weakened when I go back to the boxing gym, i’m starting to believe it’s because I’m overtraining so I was wondering what do you boxers do to rack up 4-5 days a week of training, I do yoga also every once in 2 weeks, I’m soon competing in amateur boxing, I’m 6”5, 107kg if that helps
