I have read comments from other moms that you should not warm the breastmilk since it can remove the nutrients from it. I bought a bottle warmer too so im confused if i will use it or not. Pls help!

Apple Pie Yes, it will remove the nutrients if you boil it. I only warm it to room temperature or a little warm and it is just right for my baby.

Apple Pie You can try with water in the bottle to see how much water you should use to warm up the milk.

MOMS: Leaving frozen breastmilk on the counter is not recommended as a safe way to defrost milk due to bacteria risk. It must be in water to thaw gradually and evenly, or in the refrigerator thawing over a few hours or overnight.

Hey im due in aug and will soly depend on pumping due to latch issues. My idea is to freeze milk and each day remove a batch down in fridge and then use each simultaneously throught the day by warming it under warm water before feed? Is this safe? If i remove a batch from freezer down fridge how many hours it is safe to thaw there? I plan to use them in a day. Maybe keep overnight and then use it throughout day?

I have a doubt.. When we pour the milk, it touches those leaflets of the cover, where we daily touch and open to pour the milk Inside.. Wont the milk become infected??
