“Do what you love. Be good at it.” When I first read this motto a few years ago outside Douglas College in Vancouver, I thought, such good advice for young people who are starting their lives. I hope all you guys follow this motto. I think Bob the Canadian does. 👍

Thank you Bob, for this video! The phrase "... has a way with..." was new for me. (Or maybe I learned it many years ago back at school, in English class, but forgot it... :D) And now I will use what I've learned from you: "Bob can explain the english language and grammar really good. Even if english is not your native language, you can understand everything. He really has a way with words." :)

I agree that the phrase to be good at something sounds like: You kinda good at playing the guitar. So, I would use this expression to discribe a person who is good at something but he or she isn't professional, yet. Or to discribe a child who is talented but he will become a professional in several years. Again, I would say. That kid is good at playing the guitar. You can play guitar but it doesn't mean you are talented. You can also be talented but it doesn't mean you are good at it because you don't train very often. Talent = Ability Maxbe, I see it wrong because I'm not a native speaker and I'm just good at English but I'm not professional, yet.
