Thanks for making this, I just ordered one from eBay, love how compact it is and seems to work great. Looking forward to trying it out! For the price I don’t think it’s worth the bother of making a DIY one.

Thanks for watching! I really liked it for the size and that it didn't overheat while using it.

Thanks for making the video. Is there any information detailing the air CFM requirement, and what pressure you should set you air compressor to feed the machine?

The vacuum canister is in the cover, so if I removed it, I’d have 2 leaks. Would make sense on most cars, though.

Just waiting on mine to arrive, but is it possible to modify/adjust/bypass the built-in regulator so the compressor can push through more than just 0.5 PSI? I'd like to use mine (when it arrives) to check for boost leak, but would need to have at least 5 PSI as the leak I'm hearing only kicks in on-boost from 5 PSI upwards.

very cool tool i will use it on my 135i n54 there is always very small vacuum leak that makes fuel & air ratio problems without any code so its good to check leaks every couple of months. Can you please make a review of a good german cars scan tool (need for my audi rsq3) from 300$ to 500$ ?

Just in case you wanna Know, Twin Power Turbo engines are known for valve cover cracks, but those are internal cracks or the internal PCV gets stuck with soot and creates so much vacuum inside the engine giving you "lean mixture codes"

That's for the info! I've had some experience with that.

I've used it a couple of times and it helped find leaks. One was a 90s corvette with a throttle body leak that I helped troubleshoot for a friend. So, I'm not sure I 'like it', but it's useful and works well.
