Where did you get your Christmas tree base?

I bought them at Walmart, last year after Christmas, when they were 90% off, so each base cost $0.74! Right now they are around $8.00 per stand, BUT be sure to check the after Christmas clearance section, and wait until they get to 90% off, I am going to do that again this year, because they work so good!

You should get a bit for your drill for the eye hooks so it's quicker

I like your "sawhorses". It looks like just a 4x4 on each end then OSB sides. What is the purpose of the extension on one side?
