How to do 30 pull up in three easy steps
Hello guys my name is Rohit and as you know guys I ask you a question on our KZitem community post that what do you want to watch in our next video, so most of the audience choose how to do 30 pull ups tutorial video so that's why we made a video on this topic, so before we start this video. I just have to say that only those people will watch this who can perform 10-15 pull ups. If you can't able to do 10-15 pull ups so don't warry we already make a full tutorial video on this topic. So for today's video i choose 3 Most Important sets for you so, 1st Set is "Drop Set" 2nd Set is "Progressive overload" and 3rd Set is "Partial Repetition." So we combine this all three set and make a workout routine for you, so that you can easily achieve your 30 pull ups. So about all this regarding workout video about reps sets and rest time we will show you on screen, so without wasting any time let's get started....
TOP 3 SET
1. DROP SET
2. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD
3. PARTIAL REPETITION
(MONDAY)
SET 1. DROP SET
Perform drop set from your 80% intensity (like if you do 10 pull ups then start from 8 pull ups)then 6 pull ups then 4 pull ups then 2 pull ups
(Rest time 4-5 minutes between sets)
(WEDNESDAY)
SET 2. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD
Perform progressive overload set like perform half of your maximum pull ups with 4kg)(Then perform your max pull ups without weight)
(Rest time 6-8 minutes between sets)
(FRIDAY)
SET 3. PARTIAL REPETITION
Try to perform maximum amount of pull ups in your comfort range of motion)
Like you perform 20 pull ups then take rest then perform 15 pull ups and do this to 5 reps
(Rest time 8-10 minutes after 20 pull ups then 5-6 minutes after 10 pull ups)
