Why not repurpose an old journalism project? This video was originally for a class, but I felt that my friend and iconic gym bro Martin had some great insight to share with you.
The bench press/chest press is an upper-body weight training exercise where the trainee presses a weight upwards while lying on a weight training bench. The exercise uses the pectoralis major, anterior deltoids, and the triceps, among other stabilizing muscles.
