nice video! could you tell the thickness of the short pips sponge that you are using? Is it spectol? victas s1? and the blade? and what about the fore hand rubber for chopping?

funny video, I play LP OX in the backhand and SP 1.5 mm in the forehand. Nice and unorthodox set for defencers

Great vid. As regards sponge I find 1.5 mm thickness neither here nor there, so I think better below 1.5mm for defence. Maybe 1.8mm for attack. Really tinkering with idea to move sp, but coming from soft anti top hard to adjust. Thats ok as I wanna be more aggressive in my attack game. Sp for defence......I think chops look faster which is more aggressive..seems like have to use wrist to snap ball to create that sweet crisp chop.

My sponge thickness is around 1.4 mm , but my blade is soft so that creates better control and yes I use the wrist. Hitting the ball Little bit on the side and than go down.. creating side spin backspin in my chops

@@kevalmakwanatabletennis3887 great advice. Yes I will practice this next time. I like that Side and chop. Useful, as it stalls opponent a fraction following ball, which could give you a little extra time to prepare your next shot. . Also useful for varying the pace....

It is Victas Koji Matsushita offensive, with Stiga Mantra M in forehand and TSP SPECTOL in the Backhand with the sponge thickness of 1.4-1.7mm
