Are the swing leg lifts always spotted by a coach? Or is the athlete supposed to be able to do this drill alone?

When you realize you did the same mistake over and over again. So if I understood correctly: I simply hang in there in piked position and start pulling after my back gets passed the bar? I've read when you are straight it's good to extend shoulders (head gets in front of shoulders) & get your legs fast to the bar and from there pull hard. But that would mean you pull directly after getting legs to the bar. From this video I understand it's wrong. And I know I always end up behind the bar so probably you are right
