What is the metric system? Where is the metric system used? How do you convert units in the metric system? This video answers all three questions effortlessly, in just over five minutes, you’ll know that the common bases of the metric system are the “metre”, “litre” and “kilogram”, plus how to convert between their units (such as a “kilometre”and “centimetre”)!
Note (+ fun language fact): Athough “metre” might seem an incorrect spelling to some, as American English spells it as “meter”; in British English, “metre” is the convention spelling, along with “litre”, rather than “liter”.
