don't use it. or see if you're straightening or hyperextending at any point. keep knees slightly bent at all times.

Increase the incline and resistance to max. You will loose overall weight as well as tone legs+ bqck muscles. Try it for 30-60 mins and you will get humbled.

baccho ka weight loss kyon krna hai! Most kids lose fat when they become adult but Exercise is essential for kids and adults both. Keep kids engaged in high intensity sports/play.

No it’s not. Might be the best cardio exercise outside of swimming when it comes to impact. Doesn’t hurt the knees almost at all. Treadmills and squats/dead lifts are rough on the knees. Not the elliptical

There are hundreds of women on KZitem who started their channels and exercising much later than this lady. But right now those other women have much better developed muscles, brilliant abs and overall aesthetics. Moral of the story - focus on your diet and exercise consistency. And stop giving gyaan.
