Natraj position is one of the basic balancing postures in Yoga. Most of the time it is easy to perform nataraj but the practitioner still not able to take his practice to full nataraj position.
For full nataraj position its very important to master the Basic Standing Natraj Position. Once you are able to handle your nataraj position for 30 sec, now its time to give a progression and take your practice further.
